As additions are needed on the increasingly busy Rejuvenators cleaning crew, skilled technicians are recruited from near and far, based on an individual's reputation for performing quality work.

Upon hiring, each technician attends a week long intensive training session that focuses on tried and true tricks of the trade, as well as, the proper use of stat-of-the-art technology for optimum results.

Initial training is then followed by an apprenticeship, lasting from a few months to a year, during which a fledgling Rejuvenators technician is able to hone his skills under the watchful guidance of a veteran technician.

After working in the business for over a decade, one highly trained and well seasoned veteran of air duct, carpet and tile cleaning industires saw that the valley’s current industrial cleaning service providers were lacking in their level of training and professionalism. After careful consideration and diligent research, he formulated a plan to revitalize and rejuvenate the industry by starting his own company. He began assembling an industrial cleaning crew consisting of a few individuals of similar professional backgrounds and by March of 2004 the team was complete.
