STEP
ONE: A Thorough Inspection
A special duct-camera allows our technicians
to perform a thorough inspection of the
air duct system. A fiber-optic camera
is sent throughout the duct work using
stereoscopic navigational wires, providing
both the technician & the customer
with a closer look at what’s inside.
A main function of the camera inspection
is to make an accurate diagnosis of the
treatment for each individual duct system.
Each duct system is different and it
will require individual assessment to
determine if chemical treatments are
needed. It also allows customers the
opportunity to view the ducts after they
are cleaned.
STEP TWO: The Right Balance
Between Power and Sensitivity
We use a portable extractor
with a 6-stage vacuum chamber and HEPA
flirtation to remove all dust and grime
that has accumulated in the air ducts.
The portable extractor provides the right
balance between power and sensitivity
that is necessary when cleaning various
types of air ducts including flex-ducts.

Rotating brush heads are
mounted to the end of the vacuum, which
sweep duct walls air duct interiors cleaner
than stationary brushes. All particles
are removed directly into the vacuum’s
containment system, where HEPA filters
prevent any mess from escaping into your
home.
STEP THREE: Beyond a Vacuum
and Brush
There are a variety of conditions which
require further treatments beyond a basic
vacuum and dispersing potentially harmful
particles into the air, and will continue
to grow and spread if left unchecked.
Similarly, insect detritus and moisture
in air ducts may serve as a breeding
ground for bacteria and other micro biotic
containments. Chemical treatments may
be recommended and performed only after
it is determined that they are necessary
through the camera inspection and they
have been authorized by the customer.
All chemicals we use are safe to use
in homes and many are used in doctors
offices, emergency and delivery rooms,
schools and restaurants, and other public
places. Please feel free to take a moment
and review the chemicals we use on the
left sidebar of this page or Material
Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available
to view upon request for all chemicals
we carry.
STEP
FOUR: Prevent Recontamination
This step may be performed at the customer’s
special request or may be recommended
by a technician, cleaning the blower
and cooling coils increases the efficiency
of the Air Condition system, and when
it is done at the same time as the air
ducts, it prevents the duct system recontaminated
from a dirty blower.
The cooling coils receive cold energy
from the compressors, which are located
in another area of the system. The blower
forces air over and through the cooling
coils to produce the cool air. If the
blower and cooling coils are dirty, the
result is often that the thermostat needs
to be set much lower that the desired
temperature, and/ or the electricity
bills are disproportionately high.

To clean the blower, the Rejuvenators
technicians will need to remove it from
its covering. They will then scrub it
with brushes and sanitize it. After it
is replaced, a diagnostic test is run
on the AC system to ensure that the blower
was reinstalled correctly. The cooling
coils are cleaned and sanitized in place.
