The Finest Equipment and Methods
for Cleaning Your Tile
The Rejuvenators have tested and researched
all available resources to bring you
the finest equipment, technology and
methods for cleaning your tile. While
there are many different types of tile
that are commonly used as flooring in
homes and businesses, the most common
types are Ceramic, Porcelain and Italian
Quarry tile. These are also the types
of tile that are most durable and easiest
to clean. We utilize a three step process
that has been refined over the years
to offer you the safest and most effective method
of cleaning these types of tile.
STEP ONE: Break the Bonds
A chemical solution or blend of chemicals
may be applied to the soiled tile floor
in order to loosen dirt and break the
chemical bonds between the tile and foreign
particles. After allowing the chemical
solution to set for a few minutes, the
tile floor is then buffed using an industrial
buffing machine. This machine uses a
rotating flat brush to further loosen
any ground in dirt or stains. The bristles
are safe and effective for use on any
type of hard floor surface.
STEP TWO: Remove Dirt and Stains
The next step is to use a Turbo Force
machine to rinse and dry the floor. The
Turbo Force cleaning tool has three spinning
jets that spray water and chemical solutions
at very high pressures to remove stains.
Because the jets rotate within the chamber, the
pores of the tile are bombarded with
steaming water from all directions. The
water and chemical solution is instantly
extracted from the floor using a powerful
truck mounted extractor, leaving stains
no time to resettle into the pores of
the tile. This two step process is guaranteed
to remove all stains from tile and grout.
STEP THREE : Prevent Future
Stains
The grout and tile surfaces themselves
may be sealed in order to prevent dirt
and stains from settling in the pores
of the floor. For grout sealing, the
sealer is applied directly to the grout
using an in-line spray machine. The sealer
must then be allowed to dry for 30-60
minutes. The excess is then wiped off
of the floor. The sealant will protect
the grout from absorbing stains for the
following 3-5 years. The tile and grout
should then come cleaner after future
cleanings, and spills can be wiped up
easily without soaking into the grout. The
sealer comes with a 2-3 year warranty
(depending on the age and original condition
of the tile before cleaning and sealing.)
Sealer is priced at 60 cents per square
foot of floor.
